Three-axis coordinate measuring machine |
 Hraninvest-HMC AD has the only three-axis coordinate measuring machine of this type in Bulgaria, with CNC and CAD-CAM link operating in the range of 1000 х 700 х 660 mm, of accuracy 1-2 microns. Results from measurements are automatically kept in certificates of testing in English which are internationally accepted.
The machine has provisions for continuous and step scanning of arbitrary surfaces by means of a sensor with a mechanical feeler. The cloud of points obtained from the measurements can be used in a highly advanced CAD-CAM system I-DEAS to build a 3D model of the part scanned, 2D design documentation and NC programs for CNC metal working machines.
The reverse task is also possible – to take measurements of the finished part and using the CAD system to compare it with a preliminary drawing or 3D model.
All this makes it possible for quick designing and manufacture of moulds for casting and forging tooling, plastic parts, plastic and glass containers (bottles, tubes, phials) used in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, moulds for the shoe making industry, orthopedic prostheses and joints, and anything else for which it is impossible or very difficult to make a design drawing or model - this is a field in which Hraninvest-HMC AD can solve your problem in a fast way at the required quality.
