Equipment for hard yellow cheese and curds making |
Our equipment for making of hard yellow cheese of the kashkaval type and curds is designed for receiving of milk, cooling, standardization, pasteurization, making of curd in a cheese maker (inoculation, coagulation, cutting, stirring, heating), processing at a press trolley and table trolley (pressing, cutting, cheddaring) and hard yellow cheese making (cutting of cheddarized curd, scalding, mixing, molding and storage). The equipment is also designed to make curds from separated whey by heating.
