• Universal mixer UM 60 The machine is designed to beat eggs, mixing of various types of dough, preparation of filling. The universal mixer is intended to relieve manual labour in bakeries and confectionery plants.
• Cream mixer with local electric warm up Designed fot blending and warming up of various types of cream, confectionery mixtures and other food products. Can be widely used in any confectionery production shops. It can normally work in the environment of air in the range 15-40С and relative air humidity up to 90% in accordance with Bulgarian State Standard 4972-71.
• Universal kitchen machine MUK 25 Designed for processing of food products. It combines the following functions: - mixer for eggs, cream and dough; - cutter for raw and cooked fruits and vegetables with blades of varios types and shapes; - meat mincer for fine and coarse mincing of meat and fish - nut grinder
• Spray doser Designed for dosing and filling (chocolate, cream, jam, etc.) in baked products (croissants, rolls). Can be also used for dosing of food products in containers and also incorporated in processing lines.
• Pancake automatic machine APP -1 Designed to bake pancakes from ready-made dough mixture. It operates on 220 V, 50 Hz and is available in two versions: - with a conveyor - without conveyor
• Automatic bread slicer АХМ 300Т The bread slicer is designed to cut bread and sweet cake of length up to 380 mm and width up to 160 mm in slices. Stepless adjustment of thickness of slices. The machine construction ensures safe operation. The bread slicer is suitable for use in the public catering branch (restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc.).
• Dough moulder MF-800 Designed for moulding of dough products. The moulder is fed manually with triangular sheet dough pieces from a divider model UD-800. Suitable for small bakery plants. It is easy to install and operate.
• Pizza oven Designed to bake pizzas. The machine has an insulated chamber accommodating heaters and pan carriers for pizzas. The carriers are driven by a geared motor and coupler. Electrical rating 7.2 kW, capacity - 120 pizzas/hour.
• Chocolate spread press Designed to apply chocolate spread of certain thickness according to requirements. Finds application in confectionery processing plants. The machine is suitable for operation at ambient temperature 10°-40° C and air relative humidity up to 90 % in accordance with Bulgarian State Standard 4972-71.
• Fondant machine Designed to prepare fondant mixture. The fondant mixture is prepared by continuos cooling of hot sugar syrup and intensive agitation. It is widely used in the confectionery industry.
• Dough laminator/divider LMD 130 Designed to laminate and divide butter dough in the production of a wide range of dough products.
• Electric oven - 40 Designed to bake a wide range of bread, dough and confectionery products.
• Eight-deck oven with proofer - PEF-8 Designed to bake a wide range of dough and confectionery products.
• Omnia/Twist-off jar closer A semi-automatic jar closer designed for closing of Omnia closure jars and twist-off closure jars employing different heads and starwheels in accordance with the type of jar and cap.
